MINT’s Philosophy focuses on quality first.
We have found that most consultants in the aesthetic industry have very little real knowledge of running a successful and profitable business based on medical aesthetics. We realized there was minimal high-quality consulting and training available for people looking to enter the business or grow their current one. Our observations of the many failed endeavors in the industry made us clearly aware that just buying expensive equipment and hanging a sign wasn’t nearly enough to succeed in this competitive market.
In order to offer MINT clients the best training and consulting, we needed to first be successful ourselves in owning and operating a medical aesthetic clinic. In other words, we needed to teach ourselves before we could effectively teach others. We are dedicated to being the best in the field. This means, we must continually look for new technology and advanced techniques, while maintaining the highest level of customer service. We are committed to helping you succeed!
What to expect during a clinical training day:
On the day of your training, you are only required to bring yourself. MINT will already have models scheduled that are appropriate for the type of training you will be receiving. We encourage all of our students to be a model during the course. It is a vital step in understanding the protocol of the treatment and will help you to clearly explain the process to your future patients. (Bonus is great skin!) All materials and product are provided by Mint (unless the training is on-site at your clinic). Instruction is one on one. We only train one clinic at a time. Each attendee will receive a manual and certificate. For full day trainings, lunch is provided. Dress comfortably, students typically wear scrubs and comfortable shoes. We also offer MINT trainings at your location. Please contact us for details on conducting trainings outside of our clinic.
