The MINT Online E-courses are designed by aesthetics professionals, for aesthetics professionals. We test the best practices, techniques and protocols at our own clinic first, so you know you’re getting instruction that is tried and true.

No, many individual providers each year choose to invest in their own education and purchase a MINT E-course subscription. However, there are benefits for your entire team offering consistent onboarding and training processes.
We have carefully developed our course catalog and resources to provide instruction and tools for every member of a medical aesthetics practice. Ask your practice manager or the business owner if MINT E-courses could be a good fit for your entire practice.Â
You may check out online with a credit card and your subscription will auto renew annually. If you require using a different payment method, give us a call.
If you are a Sciton customer, we also accept Success Builder Points. All points must be approved with Sciton. Once we confirm you have required points available, we will enable your account. Learn all the different options for redeeming your Sciton Points.
Your subscription is auto renewed on an annual basis. On the date of renewal, we will charge the card on file for the full amount of another annual subscription.Â
If you would like to change your form of payment, go to the My Subscriptions tab on the My Account Page. Under Actions, you can manage your payment settings.Â
The Online E-courses are self-paced, giving you the flexibility to complete them in your own time. Timing varies from user to user and clinic to clinic. Â
Additionally, we are always adding new content to the courses to help support your learning. This means the E-courses may serve as an ongoing training platform rather that a program to be completed.Â
We work hard to keep content fresh and updated. On average, we add new content every 30-60 days.Â
If you have ideas or recommendations for new content, we would love to hear from you! Our goal is to provide the content our users want and need.Â
If you wish to cancel your MINT E-course subscription, go to the My Subscriptions tab on the My Account Page. Under Actions, you can cancel your subscription or make changes to your payment methods. Please note that refunds will not be issued for any remaining time on your subscription.Â
When creating your account at purchase of a Virtual Immersion Seminar, please note the email you use at checkout.Â
As it stands, the email you use at checkout will be the email that receives all the account communications including renewals, updates and more even if you change the email address from the Account Details page.Â
At this time, emails must be updated by MINT on the backend of the site. We are working on a solution to this issue.Â
