Training also includes patient consultations, social media and marketing strategies, goal setting, professional headshots, and promotional photography.
The daily agenda is customized based on attendees’ experience levels and the devices they use in their practices, ensuring training is relevant and immediately applicable.
MINT will provide all necessary training materials and supplies, but you’re welcome to bring anything that supports your learning.
We recommend wearing scrubs, comfortable shoes, and something to keep your hair pulled back during hands-on treatments.
Training takes place at MINT Aesthetics, located at 9225 Ward Parkway, Suite 200, Kansas City, MO 64114.
Airport: Kansas City International Airport (MCI) is approximately 40 minutes from our training facility.

Attendees are responsible for arranging their own travel, lodging, and transportation.
A $500 nonrefundable deposit per attendee is required to reserve a spot. Registration is not confirmed and spots will not be held until the deposit is received.
If full payment has been made and an attendee cancels before the training begins, all payments will be refunded minus the $500 nonrefundable deposit per person.
Required Experience
No prior laser experience is required. The Laser Mastery Track is designed for both brand-new and experienced providers. MINT adapts the education and hands-on instruction to each attendee’s experience level, ensuring training is relevant to their individual needs and goals.
