1. Navigate to the My Account page in the upper righthand corner of the screen. 
2. On the left side of the page, click on the Practice Admin tab. 
3. Select the Practice you would like to add members to. 
4. Click the Enroll New Members button. 
5. From the Enroll New Users page, you can add each member individually or upload a CSV file. 
6. Users will receive an email inviting them to setup their account. 

Because each user has their own account, there is no limit to the number of users that can be logged in at one time. 

The E-courses are free form meaning you can complete them in any order.

However, if you would like guidance on which courses will benefit you, check out our Resources above. Our Pathways documents will give you a guideline for which courses would most benefit your role. 

Practice Admins can review the progress of their team in the My Accounts page. Navigate to the Reports Dashboard to see all the statistics connected to your team’s account. 

At this time, we do not have a streamlined way to give you updates on new content within the platform. However, we will send you email updates as we add new content, so be sure to check the email associated with your account. 

From the Practice Admin tab in the My Accounts page, you can remove the users that you no longer want to provide access for. Simply click the Remove button. 

From the Payment Methods tab in the My Accounts page, you can add, remove, and update your credit card details. 

All your certificates will be saved in the My Account page. For detailed instructions on how to navigate to your certificates, click here.
