I paid for my subscription using Sciton points, why am I being charged now?

Subscriptions purchased using Sciton points are good for one year. After the first year, the subscription turns into automated monthly payments charged to the credit card that was entered upon registration. If you prefer to pay annually, you may do so upon request by emailing info@mintaesthetics.com.

Why did my payment fail?

If you received an email from us notifying you that your subscription payment has been unsuccessful here are some things to check: 1. Check that the expiration date on the credit card is still valid. 2. Contact your bank to make sure the transaction is authorized/not marked as suspicious 3. Check for sufficient funds 4. It could be a temporary rejection due to connectivity issues. For any questions about your failed payment please call 913-338-2553 or email info@mintaesthetics.com

Where can I update my form of payment

Once you are logged in, you can update your form of payment be clicking on "Account" in the upper right corner of the page. Next, click "Settings" then click the "Payment Methods" tab. From here you can click on "Attach payment method" and enter your new credit card information. Be sure to delete any old payment methods that no longer are valid. Please be aware that after you add a new payment method, you will not receive immediate access to the courses. Please allow up 12 hours for the transaction to process.

I already paid my renewal fee last month? Why is MINT charging me again?

After the first year, the subscription turns into automated monthly renewals. Payments will renew each month on the same day until notice of cancellation is given. To cancel your subscription, we require a 30 day written notice followed by completion of our cancellation form. To request cancellation, please send an email to info@mintaesthetics.com
