In-Person Training is an in-person training option at MINT Aesthetics. The training day(s) are hosted in Kansas City at our Ward Parkway training facility. The topics covered are determined by you and your team prior to the day of training.
For clinical trainings, we organize models for you and your team to practice treatment techniques.Â
In-Person Business Consulting is also hosted in Kansas City where you can sit in with our staff and see the processes we have implemented. You can also cover financials, hiring, and more.Â
No, all In-Person Training (unless expressly stated) is private for your team alone.Â
Half day or combined trainings can be organized on a case-by-case basis.Â
You can bring as many people from your clinic as you like. The cost of the In-Person Training is the same whether you have 1 person or 10.
Please note: For Clinical In-Person training, the more people who attend, the less hands-on treatment time each trainee will get.Â
Yes, following a demonstration by the trainer, trainees will get the opportunity to practice the techniques you have learned. MINT organizes all the models for the training so you can focus on educating your team.Â
