What makes this event so special? For one, it marks the biggest sales event of the year, with discounts exceeding anything offered throughout the rest of the year. More importantly, it serves as a gathering point for long-term and prospective clients alike, where we showcase cutting-edge treatments, share the latest capabilities of our team and celebrate the loyal clients that make our success possible. 

Last year’s event saw a record number of attendees and generated $3.2M over the week of the party. Its popularity continues to grow year after year giving 2024 the potential to shatter our goals. Designed for clients, friends, family, and the Kansas City community, the End of Summer Party has a little something for everyone.

Event Highlights

This year’s End of Summer Party is hyper-focused on educating our clients about all the capabilities of our menu of services. Here’s what will be happening during the event. 

Class Is In Session: Live Treatment Demos

Our morning session will be exclusively education. Attendees will have the opportunity to talk with our expert providers about treatments, products, and their own annual treatment plans. Each provider will be in a room focusing on a single treatment or service offering. They will provide treatment overviews, answer and questions, and even hand out swag when available. From injectables to lasers, our clients have a front-row seat to learn and observe as our experts cover the newest techniques and answer any questions about these modalities and their results. 

Honor Roll Rewards: Exclusive Discounts & Promos

At ACU, we will be offering our biggest discount of the year. All week long, clients can add money to their account and get 25% off. If a client puts $1,000 on their account, they pay $800. If they put $10,000 down, they pay $8,000. The goal is to have clients commit funds to their future treatments ahead of time. Plus our team is available to talk through an annual treatment plan for a clear understanding of what services they may want in 2025. 

Building Connections: Vendor Showcases 

In the afternoon, the fun ramps up and turns into a full sorority party. Effectively our “client appreciation party” this portion of the day allows clients and our team to shop, eat, drink and listen to live music. Over 20 businesses attend such as local shops to showcase their KC swag, our charitable partners, plus our favorite skincare vendors for a complete party experience. 

Pep Rally: Enjoy the Fun, Food & Festivities 

No party is complete without a little fun! Aside from the vendors, the afternoons include live music, games, free food and drinks, photo booths, massages, psychic readings and more — all within a fun, ACU atmosphere. With over $50,000 in giveaways up for our attendees are engaged, happy, and loving the fun.

Is there a cost to attend the End of Summer Party?

Absolutely not! The event is free to attend and open to seasoned lifelong clients, prospective patients, friends of the family, neighbors, and everyone in between. 

Do clients have to attend to take advantage of the exclusive offers?

While we love for clients to join us in person, we understand it’s not always going to work. Beginning on Sunday, September 22, clients can begin putting money in their account using the 20% discount in person, online, or over the phone. 

Can’t Attend in Person? Join the Virtual Event!

If you’re looking to attend the event as a customer, you can do that too. AesthetiCare is offering a virtual open house for those who want to participate from afar. Tune in to a live Q&A with Matt and Kathy Taranto, educational sessions and more, all from wherever you are. You’ll still have access to exclusive discounts and one lucky viewer will be entered to win a $1,000 AesthetiCare credit. 

RSVP & Securing A Spot

Looking to attend or curious about how we plan? Our team accepts RSVPs as soon as promotion for the event begins. While incredibly helpful and encouraged, RSVPs are not required to attend. Clients can RSVP to the in-person event or for the Virtual party.
