Dr. Jay Burns has been named, numerous times, as a Best Doctor in Dallas in D Magazine and has been voted by his peers as a Texas Super Doctor, 18 years in a row, since the inception of the award. He has enjoyed a prestigious academic career and a successful, busy clinical practice during his last 30 years. He is best known for facial and skin rejuvenation and has a unique surgical perspective, passion, and skill set that allow him to surgically address the most challenging consequences of facial aging. He remains a world leader, researcher, educator, and champion for patients who desire nonsurgical or minimally invasive solutions with reduced downtime. Dr. Burns is uniquely qualified to balance results, safety, and downtime, matching the most appropriate procedure and treatment plan to patient expectations and priorities. He is excited to continue serving patients as the sole director of Resurrect Skin M.D., whose mission is “bringing Skin to Life through science, care, and compassion.” Resurrect Skin M.D. encompasses Dr. Burns’ facial surgery practice, as well as his skincare, laser, aesthetic technology, and research center.

Mr. Clark has been active in clinical light applications since 1988. Pat moved from his first administrative and clinical exposure of laser use and control at the University of North Carolina Memorial Hospitals in Chapel Hill, North Carolina to being a member of the team to first accomplish and teach routine laser laparoscopic cholecystectomy in several Northeast states. A Texas native, Pat returned home in 1992 to be selected as the founding director of the laser program at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas and the allied hospitals. In that position he refined a teaching and administrative process that included the control of some 117 laser and light sources in a myriad of applications and a recurring education process for physicians, residents, nurses, and paramedicals. Numbers of internationally known facilities and organizations call upon Pat to assist in development, testing, application and safety of light on tissue worldwide. Pat has direct experience in complete hospital programs, outpatient and freestanding surgery centers, the beginnings of office and spa applications, and the development of light applications for nonprofessional and home use. His commercial experience includes being Vice President of Clinical Affairs and Product Development for both a national publically held mobile laser-surgical services company, Medical Alliance, and with the device division of an international pharmaceutical company, ICN. Often called upon by laser manufacturers and having given over 400 clinical and lay lectures in the last 20 years, Mr. Clark can bring a world of experience to your select needs.

A board-certified dermatologist and Mohs micrographic surgeon, Dr. Kristine Romine founded Camelback Dermatology & Skin Surgery in Phoenix, Arizona in 2003. She has been honored 11 times as a “Top Doctor” by Phoenix Magazine since 2006, and is a highly respected and invited media personality for cosmetic dermatology and surgery. Dr. Romine has authored numerous peer-reviewed scientific journal articles, as well as magazine and print articles for nationwide news sources, and she has spoken on many local, national, and international stages. She holds a position as adjunct faculty at Midwestern University, Glendale, Arizona campus, educating medical students, residents, and physician assistant students. Dr. Romine received her Medical Degree with highest honors, from the Medical College of Wisconsin. She completed a residency and chief residency in Internal Medicine at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona, and a residency in Dermatology & Mohs surgery at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine where she served as Chief Resident and is honored to be the first graduating resident. Dr. Romine remains an active fellow in the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Mohs Surgery, American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, American Cutaneous Oncology Society, The Dermatologic and Aesthetic Surgery International League, Women’s Dermatologic Society, American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, and the American Society of Cosmetic Dermatology & Aesthetic Surgery. She is a board member at large for the Arizona Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery Society and a founding member of the World Physicians Organization. She serves as the Arizona Representative on the American Academy of Dermatology Advisory Board and as a Board of Directors member with the American Society for Mohs Surgery. Dr. Romine also serves on the board of Evolus, and has served as a national trainer for Allergan, Galderma, Medicis, and Merz.
