Are MINT E-courses worth the cost?
By subscribing to MINT E-Courses, you'll enjoy a savings discount compared to purchasing per video or paying monthly. You'll also have immediate and continued access to our library of educational content, which can be viewed by multiple staff members throughout the life of your subscription.
Many of our E-Course subscribers have communicated that having this access is a massive asset to their practice. It saves them time in training, onboarding, and can even provide a helpful benchmark in promoting providers.
This is way more content than I need. What should I do?
We totally understand! Many of our subscribers are starting their own practice for the first time and do not yet offer some of the treatments or procedures included in the MINT E-Course Catalog. However, having priority access to information is only going to be helpful in starting up your aesthetic practice. How can you continue to grow and push your practice to a successful point if you aren't sure which treatments will get you there?

Can I purchase a single E-course?
We totally get that for budget reasons, you may be wondering whether you are able to purchase access to a single MINT E-Course. However, many of our visitors find that having full access to the E-Course library will help them discover "what they don't know to ask." Maybe you think you only need BBL training, for example, but would you practice manager or marketing specialist benefit from the Marketing E-Course? In the long-term, purchasing one E-Course will be more cost-effective for you (trust us, we know!) and the training you receive on even 2 or more E-Courses will be more than worth the cost.
That said, if you are truly interested in purchasing a single E-course, feel free to contact us online and we'll be happy to work with you to better understand your current financial situation and point you in the right direction.
How can MINT E-courses grow my business?
After over a decade in business with our own aesthetics practice, the MINT team has learned a few things. Namely, that education is a marketing spend! The better trained and more highly educated staff you have, the more success you have.
After all, if a provider is unaware of the capabilities of a technology or procedure, how can they provide the best possible results for their clients? How will they make continued recommendations to keep their clients coming back for more?
We are passionate about education and strongly encourage all of our subscribers to implement a strong educational foundation into their staff training regimens.
The E-course catalog doesn't include all of the treatments I am planning to offer. What should I do?
Certainly the MINT E-Course catalog is far from complete. (We do hope to get there someday!) But it is still a massively helpful resource for a majority of the practices we work with. Even if there is not an E-Course available for a treatment or device you are planning to offer at your aesthetic practice, the MINT team has seen it all and can provide you with In-Person Training and/or Business Consulting to help supplement the E-Course catalog to best suit your needs and preferences.
Do I have to own my own practice to purchase MINT E-courses?
Definitely not! Hundreds of individual providers each year choose to invest in their own education and purchase a MINT E-Course subscription. Who knows... Maybe the material you receive and the lessons you learn will inspire you to open your own practice someday!
That said, if you work for an established or emerging aesthetics clinic, don't be scared to ask your practice manager or the business owner themselves if MINT E-Courses could be a good fit for your entire practice. It would mean training for your entire team PLUS huge cost savings for you. (Tell them Matt & Kathy sent you 😉)
How does payment work?
Payment can be made online with a credit card. If you would like to pay with cash or check, call us!
If you are a Sciton customer, we also take points! All points have to be approved with Sciton. Once we confirm you have required points available, we will enable your account. Learn all the different options for redeeming your Sciton Points.
(Just to let you know, we do ask for a credit card even when you purchase with Sciton points. Subscription fees will be billed monthly to your credit card after the first year.)
How does renewal work? What if I want to cancel?
All MINT E-course Subscriptions have a 12-month commitment for the first year. After year 1, all subscriptions are auto-renewed and turn into month-to-month plans. After year 1, subscribers have the following options:
1) Continue Month-to-Month Subscription
2) Upgrade to another Annual Subscription for additional cost savings
3) Cancel at anytime with 30 days notice to info@mintaesthetics.com
