Kathy’s love for skin began in 2000 when she started working with a French cosmeceutical company. Like wine and cheese, it was an instant fit. For the next 7 years she worked with Aesthetic Centers in the Southwest developing treatment menus, training staff and implementing marketing programs. In 2007, Kathy was certified in laser aesthetics and quickly became a laser trainer at multiple laser institutes in Arizona. In 2011 she developed laser curriculum and opened the first ARRA laser certification course in Arizona. MINT Aesthetics models Arizona’s strict guidelines for laser safety and certification. Kathy has worked with several technologies from companies including; Deka, Alma, Palomar, BTL, Lutronics, Coolsculpting and Sciton. She has had the opportunity to speak at laser conferences and regularly speaks for AMSPA. Over the last 15 years, Kathy has been fortunate enough to work in almost every position within the industry including; retail sales, front desk, laser technician, laser trainer, sales rep, event coordinator, sales consultant and manager. She has been awarded both Rep of the year and Presidents Club. Currently, Kathy is also a Partner at AesthetiCare Medical Spa in Leawood, Kansas. Kathy loves to run, travel (especially back to Arizona), and spend time with her favorites (Matt, Emmy and Jax)!
