PROGRAM OVERVIEW

A structured
development program

The Laser Mastery Track is a complete provider-development experience rather
than a one-time laser course. Each phase builds on the last.
PHASE 1

Pre-Work

Foundational education through MINT's Online E-course platform prepares providers for the clinical concepts, techniques, and protocols they will apply during hands-on experience.
PHASE 2

5-Day Clinical Training

Providers treat live models with real conditions to develop confidence in treatment planning, setting selection, condition diagnosis, and clinical execution.
PHASE 3

6 Months of Mentorship

Ongoing monthly coaching calls help providers implement what they learned, work through real clinical scenarios, and maintain momentum after returning to their practice.
PHASE 4

Advanced Return Training

Providers return for 2.5 days of advanced education to refine technique, address challenges, and build more advanced treatment strategies after implementing foundations.

frequently asked questions

In case you wondered...

Aesthetic providers who currently operate laser or energy-based technology or are looking to expand their service lines, and want stronger clinical confidence, more disciplined treatment planning, and better utilization of the devices they already have access to.

Pre-work through the MINT E-courses, the five-day hands-on immersive session with live models, six months of mentorship virtual calls, and the advanced return training.

Within the training sessions, every attendee will also receive consultation training, business social media training, professional headshots and promotional images, and goal coaching.

Previous experience is helpful but not required. Pre-work builds the foundation, and the small cohort format allows trainers to meet each provider at their current level.

BBL, MOXI, HALO, ProFractional, Microneedling RF, Laser Hair Removal and Sofwave. You’ll learn the technology with an emphasis on treatment selection, protocol adjustment, and combination planning rather than device operation alone.

Additionally, we adjust the agenda to ensure providers receive the most relevant training, meaning we will work to match each trainee with technology available to them.
