Your front desk if vital to your success and too often overlooked. We love the Nordstrom model, “Hire the smile and train the skill”.  This is a must for the front desk.  They are the first impression and sadly sometimes the only impression ever made.   A smile is a simple way to put people at ease and set up for a successful day.  We also believe the front desk needs to be highly educated on all procedures in order to have the confidence to answer the many questions they get throughout the day.  This course is designed to guide you in developing a front desk team that exceeds your clients expectations.

The training with Kathy Taranto and Lisa Styop at the AesthetiCare Medspa was amazing. Myself and 2 other coworkers came for a private training for three days to learn more about the BBL and Halo. The MINT e-courses are amazing! The videos and topics are easy to follow and are filled with great information.
